You have 14 days from the date you receive products to request a return or exchange. Please make sure to inspect your product as soon as possible after receiving it. Please note that there are some exceptions. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, including all tags, protective films, accessories, and original box. The item must be in the same condition as when you purchased it. You will also need to provide your order details as proof of purchase. Please understand that returns without prior submission will not be accepted.

Before Shipment:
If you wish to cancel your order before the product is shipped, please contact us via email at service@buzzbloomglobal.com to cancel your order free of charge.
After Shipment:
If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, please email service@buzzbloomglobal.com with your order details and reason for return. Shipping and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. BuzzBloom will provide a return label and instructions on how and where to ship your package, and the designated carrier will collect the return package. Customers can also choose to return the product themselves or arrange a return.
Please note that any shipping costs incurred will not be borne by us and will be deducted from your refund.
Before Shipment:
If you need to modify your order or request a return or exchange before your order is shipped, please contact service@buzzbloomglobal.com to process it. We will provide support free of charge.
After Shipment:
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be suspended or modified. If you need to return or exchange the product, please wait until the item is delivered before returning it and contact service@buzzbloomglobal.com by email with detailed order information to initiate the return process.
Return and Exchange Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product and shipping the replacement product.
If you want to exchange the product in transit, it is recommended that you contact us first to confirm the exchange. Once the package is delivered, please do not open it. We will arrange for the delivery person to pick it up. However, since the courier cannot retrieve the package in transit, any additional costs incurred will be borne by you.
(Or, after discussing the return with us, you can place a new order for the product you really want. We can send a new package immediately while processing the return, reducing your waiting time.)
Exchange Policy: If you need an exchange, please apply within the return period and the exchanged product must meet the return conditions. The exchange shipping fee is borne by the customer (unless the error was caused by BuzzBloom).

3-1) Description of receiving damaged products
For damaged/defective products, we require pictures or videos taken upon receipt in order to process the return/refund, and may need to confirm with the carrier at the same time. After the situation is confirmed, the customer can choose to return or exchange the product at no additional cost. Please contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt to report this issue.
(Note: Products that are not reported in time will not be eligible for return or exchange.)
3-2, 3, 4) Explanation of incorrect quantity, missing parts, or defective products received
Please rest assured that if the customer receives the wrong quantity of products, missing parts, or defective products, please contact BuzzBloom with the order details and an unboxing video. Once the error is confirmed, BuzzBloom will arrange a free re-shipment as soon as possible.
Please note: After your return/refund request is approved, please return the product within 7 business days. Do not send the return to the sender address on the package you received. Our designated return address is:

Please keep in touch with our customer service until your request is fully resolved. If you miss the 14-day return period after receiving the goods, we will no longer accept returns.
Submit your return request by emailing service@buzzbloomglobal.com, and provide the order number and reason for return. After review and approval, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (Except in cases where the product is defective or the error was caused by delivery from BuzzBloom).
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days, and the refund will be returned to your original payment account.
The specific time for the funds to arrive depends on your bank's processing time. Thank you for your understanding.
When your return/exchange is approved, we will confirm with you whether the packaging meets our requirements.
For safe and efficient returns, all products should be in their original package to ensure safe transportation. BuzzBloom is not responsible for any losses caused by improper packaging.

6-4) Damage caused by natural wear of parts designed to wear.
6-5) The product is stolen or lost after delivery.
6-6) Products that have been unpacked, contacted with skin, worn, washed, damaged, with torn or incomplete labels, packaging, protective film, or hygiene labels.
6-7) Free gifts or live broadcast products, special clearance products do not support returns and exchanges.
6-8) Customized products and products that enjoy preferential policies.
6-9) Subjective reasons other than quality issues: such as "changed my mind," "didn't like the color/style," or "didn't fit the size" (please check the product description and size chart carefully before purchasing).
6-10) Exceeding the return period: a return request is made more than 14 days after receiving the product.
