For damaged/defective items, we require pictures or full videos of the receipt in order to process the return/refund, and may need to confirm with the carrier at the same time. 1) Jewelry allergy
Sensitive skin wearing jewelry containing elements such as nickel and chromium can easily cause skin allergies, while wearing jewelry made of pure silver, refined copper (environmentally friendly copper) or edible medical stainless steel is not easy to be allergic.
2) Avoid chemical corrosion of jewelry plating
Spray perfume and skin care products first, and wear jewelry after they are completely absorbed to reduce the aging of the plating.
Take it off when doing housework, swimming or bathing. Detergent, chlorine, sea water and soap will accelerate oxidation, causing the patina and silver jewelry to turn black.

Silver jewelry: Gently wipe the oxide layer with a silver polishing cloth; stubborn blackening can be gently brushed with toothpaste + soft brush, rinse with clean water and wipe dry.
Copper jewelry: Clean with neutral detergent to prevent the plating from falling off.
5) Keep dry and prevent oxidation
Wipe off sweat and grease with a soft cloth in time after wearing. Put it in a sealed bag for long-term storage and add a moisture-proof agent (such as a silica gel bag).
6) Stay away from extreme environments
Avoid exposure to the sun and high temperatures (such as saunas and cars) to prevent copper from accelerating oxidation or silver jewelry from turning yellow; humid environments (bathrooms, swimming pools) are prone to patina and need to be wiped dry as soon as possible.
7) Check firmness regularly
Check whether the inlaid gemstones are loose and the clasps are deformed every month, and send them for repair in time to prevent loss.
8) Special occasions
Take off all metal jewelry before medical examinations (X-rays, MRI).
Carry it with you when traveling to avoid consignment squeezing.
9) Repair and professional maintenance
